All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit the quantities of any items we offer.

Pricing and Payment

For customers based in the UK all prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. For customers based outside the UK the prices for goods on the website may not include all applicable taxes.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for an incorrectly priced item.

Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an email order acknowledgment. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.
Acceptance occurs when we send a confirmation email stating that your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to the UK.
Delivery times and costs are displayed at checkout.
Any delivery dates provided are estimates only.
Once the product is delivered to your address, risk of loss or damage passes on to you.

Order Processing Times

All orders placed Monday-Friday before 2pm will be dispatched same day. All orders placed Monday-Friday after 12:00 noon will be dispatched next business day. All orders placed Sat-Sun & including bank holidays will be dispatched next business day.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.

If you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Personalised / Branded Products

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
As products are personalised, minor variations in colour, layout, alignment, and print positioning may occur. These are not considered defects.
You are responsible for checking spelling, grammar, and layout on all proofs provided, we are not responsible for errors once approved.
Personalised products require production time of approximately 7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If there is a defect, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing photographic evidence.
Approved refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion.
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Customers may upload text, names, images, logos, or other content (“Customer Content”) for personalisation. You warrant that:

You own or have permission to use the content submitted.
Your content does not infringe any intellectual property rights.
