How do I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website. Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and complete checkout using our secure payment system.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].

If your order has already been dispatched, we’re unable to make any changes. You can, however, follow our returns and refunds policy once your order arrives.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. All payments are processed securely.

Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?

How can I get a VAT receipt

If you have an account, you can download a PDF VAT receipt once your full order has been dispatched by logging into your account. If you don’t have an account, simply contact us and we’ll be happy to send your VAT receipt directly to you.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

Free standard shipping is available to all UK mainland addresses! We also ship to offshore UK addresses (Nothern Ireland, Isle of Wight etc) with costs automatically calculated at checkout.

How long will delivery take?

Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–5 working days. Express delivery options are available at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll get an email with your tracking information. For added convenience, you can also monitor your orders anytime via the “My Orders” section of your account.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We hope you love your new products, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return unused items within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
