How to return an item

If you have changed your mind about a product.

We hope that you're very happy with your purchase, however if for any reason you wish to return your item/s, please do so to our returns address no later than 30 days after the day on which the item/s are delivered to you. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused, original condition as received.

Please send the item/s which you wish to return to the below address along with your details.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the parcel reaches our warehouse, so it’s important that you use a tracked method wherever possible and keep the receipt.

Please note that any shipping fees paid at the time of placing your order are non-refundable.

Once we receive the returned item/s, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Once the refund has been made, please allow up to seven days for the refund to appear in your account or to show on your statement.

If you have received a faulty, broken or incorrect product

Whilst we take every care to ensure your item arrives with you in excellent condition, occasionally items do get damaged during transit. Please inform us within 48 hours of receipt if your item/s have been damaged during transit.

For items deemed to have a manufacturing fault or an incorrect product sent, please inform us within 7 days of receipt.
