Delivery Information - Fast UK Shipping with Same-Day Dispatch

At Notes London, we strive to get your orders to you quickly and safely. Below you’ll find all the information you need about shipping options, delivery times, and tracking your order.

Shipping Options

• Standard Delivery: Free to UK mainland addresses. Delivery typically takes 2-5 working days.
• Next Working Day Delivery: Available for orders placed Monday to Friday before 12 noon. Charges apply and are calculated at checkout.

Order Processing Times

Place your order Monday to Friday before 2pm, and we’ll process it the very same day! You’ll receive an email confirmation straight away, and another email once your order is on its way. Please note: our working days exclude bank and public holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you have an account, you can also track your orders anytime via the "My Orders" section.

Shipping Restrictions / Notes

• Delivery is only available to the addresses provided at checkout.
• We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or certain remote areas.
• For larger orders containing 10 or more full boxes, delivery may be made on one or more pallets to ensure your items arrive safely. Please see “full box quantities” for more information.
• We cannot take responsibility for any delivery issues or delays when orders are sent to event venues.
• Orders exceeding the full box quantity may be delivered in multiple shipments.
• If your order includes a pen, please note it may be packaged separately rather than inserted in the notebook’s pen loop.
• Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

Full Box Quantities 

• A6 Notebooks = 100 units per full box
• A5 Notebooks = 50 units per full box
• A4 Notebooks = 20 units per full box
• Flash Cards = 40 units per full box
• Wright Pens = 1000 units per full box
• Amica Pens = 1000 units per full box
• Lago Pens = 500 units per full box
